I was reading the paper today and there was an article with the recipe for "Spudnuts".
Did you know it takes a village to make "spudnuts"?
The older girls are doing the dirty work.
My job was the glazing...also dirty work.
Mia took her "quality control" job very seriously.

How fun...is that what Indee meant when she said "we're going to make treats now?" It reminds me of your dad's donut making days.
YUMMY!! I guess the bigger the mess the yummier the "treats".
where's mine?!
I am so impressed! Those are one thing I don't think I could do. Whenever I have tried to make doughnuts they've turned out doughy and disgusting. I've given up. It looks like fun. Maybe if my village helped me, hmmmm.......
Lynette and I (and her ma) took orders for, and then made and delivered "spud nuts" one summer for a cheerleading fundraiser. Yes, lots of work. I bet her mom especially hated us. We did make a lot of $$ though!!
Those look delicious! I want the recipe! And Chad looks thrilled to be a part of the village workers :)
But.....were they any good?
